Are leggings still in fashion?

leggings with a long sweater would probably be cute. but the whole leggings+miniskirt thing is DEAD.

I agree with the miniskirt comment, this was really only suited to young girls.

Leggings however are always wearable, although i dislike them really, preferring the comfort and warmth of actual tights!

I would recommend a mid calf length black pair (ones which verge on knee length can look like running shorts) and black goes with everything!

Bows and detailing are coming back into fashion for autumn and I have seen a few pairs which make pretty use of a small tie bow at the side of the bottom of each leg which look great.

I would wear them with sweater jumpers, neutral non-denim skirts and even shorts

I still wear leggings.

You don't need to wear what's in stylee or nott.

There's this girl in my school who started wearing a BALLET TUTU OVER SKINNY JEANS, it's SOOOO cutee how she wears it.

Unfortunately... I think they're ugly as sin though. I haven't wanted to wear leggings since I was in 5th grade.

It depends on your age and use. If you are over about 16 or 17, then no. Just wearing them plain, no. If you are under the age limit then you could wear them with mini dresses, mini skirts, or short shorts.
