Almost any type of plastic is recyclable. If you are getting rid of your Legos, why not donate them to a children's home or a child that has nothing to play with? Personally, I use old Legos for my model railroad. They make great retaining walls and can be used in any number of different ways for scenes on the layout.

they r not because they r covered in wax that cant b recycled but like the other person said u could donate them to a family in need instead!
