Are levaquin and clindamycin similiar?

Do they work the same? I used clindamycin for a skin infection and was wondering if levaquin is similiar.

clindamycin is belong to a gb of antibiotic called macroloids it active aginst C+ve bacteria mainly and atypical infection while levaquin which contain the active ingradient of levofloxacin belong to gb called flurouquinolone which is mainly aginst G -ve and atypical infection and some G+VE it may be useful in your case and may not you should ask your doc first in addition it is adult only drug so if u are below 16 year it is contraindicated
