the ones i have run into are...they want their way and think their way is always right.....they are only there for the moment and then off again when another piece of tail catches their eye...or something, anything more interesting.....libra's don't usually calm down or settle down until they are older.....good luck...they are fun at the moment, but remember what they want changes on a daily, even hourly basis....I always say, they don't know what they want or when they want it....

No.  All brothers are like that.  Hopefully, they will outgrow it eventually.  Most do.
