This is what I heard= Liquid vitamins begin to absorb in the mouth and on the way down. Liquid vitamins mostly absorb before being destroyed by stomach acids. Pill type uses hyper potentcies to compensate for non absorbation problems. my personnal experience is that some high potent pill vitamins causes stomach distress. What's your opinion?

  1. vitamins are vitamins, most healthy people don't need to take a supplement, thats' just hype from the multibillion dollar vitamin industry.

Water soluble ones will be peed out, and the fat soluble can be stored and cause problems from toxicity (Vit A)

  2. There are swiss all natural herbal tonics at whole foods that are fantastic. They are bioavailable and sourced from herbs and plants that are listed on their ingredient lists. Darned if I can remember the name. I can only purchase them once and a while because they are expensive, but they work and I don't have stomach problems with them like I do with some of the drinkable fizz drinks. I switched from pills because I had digestion problems all my life and I find certain-high quality food and herb based liquid vitamins help with my immune system and energy on low days, plus the B vitamins are easy to absorb and then yes pee out later but while there in my blood stream it is great.

  3. My opinion is that you pee out most of the vitamins anyway, so it's just a waste of money.  A proper diet should provide you with all the necessary vitamins your bidy needs.  I read somewhere that vitamin D is the one vitamin that people actually need, something about the sun and not getting enough sunlight.
