Are lock picking sets illegal?

dont get me wrong i dont want to break into another persons house! i just like puzzles and our kitchen door doesnt have a key

all i want to know is:

is it legal?

what is the price range?

where can you get one from? (in london. shops or websites i dont mind)

In some places they are illegal to have on you. It's a possesion of burglary tools charge. If they're at your house it is okay but not if you are driving around with them. Check your local laws. I included one such regulation I found online below
