Are macbooks good for making movies (for youtube)?

If you use it, what do you like best about it and what are your favorite features?

It is great for movies.  It comes with IMovie, Photo Booth.  It is great for making movies, also you can use image capture to load movies from digital recorders directly onto your Mac.

You use software to edit video, not hardware.

You are probably talking about iMovie 08. It is the movie-making software that comes with new MacBook. It is not very good. In fact, it is probably the worst piece of software that comes with Mac OS X. It is rubbish.

However, you can always install other movie-making software on your MacBook.
