    as far as i know yes they are but there is a few exceptions to this but they have to do to where you parent and grand parents where born but check with the Irish embassy

  3. yes because you aren't a citizen of the european union so yes you'll have to contact the irish embassy in lilongwe or the consulate to find out about visa requirements
