I don't  think malls are culture!  Anyway...way out here living in our igloos in Canada we have malls...all be it they are built from snow, but we have em eh!!!

Of course, they are everywhere.

I live in Budapest and they are putting many of the smaller shops out of business.

The malls here are in some ways smaller but nicer then in the states.

Many movie theaters inside and small casinos. Plenty of restaurants and food courts with even shops like TGIFridays' and Burger King inside.

They are a big hangout for the teens after school just like in the states.

Yeah, there's are malls in other countries. I used to live in Moscow, Russia. They have them there.

Well it wouldn't be culture, it'd be countries. Every culture can go to a shopping mall except maybe like bushmen. But every countries have malls, I know even in Pakistan there are malls.

they're probably everywhere by now. It's just a natural extension of a market. I've seen them in China. all different kinds too.

first of all america is not a culture its a country, 2nd of all YES malls are everywhere a market is like a mall... a mall describes a gathering place for entertainment and necesities and other fun loving things if your a woman... i personaly stay out of malls because shopping is pretty lame

Sure, I lived in Germany and there were malls.

We don't call them malls here (Australia), we just call them by the shopping center's name, e.g. Hyperdome, Garden City.
