Are malware gaurd, PCprivacycleaner and system error fixer viruses? and how do i remove them>?

I got the three of them without downloading anything knowing that i would get them, but it was about the same time as when i downloaded internet explorer 7 it keeps asking me to buy the full version, and then telling me certain sites like fandango.com are violating my privacy. I want to know what i should do to stop it
