  1. I have met quite a few Greeks lately that have moved from Germany back to Greece (or the children of the original Greeks who left for Germany) They seem to be finding it quite difficult - and not the paradise their parents have been promoting since year 'dot'.

  2. The answer in short is Yes,Most Greeks left after WWII as they couldn't find work in Greece,But know that Greece is a stable country with a stable currency in the Euro many Greeks have decided to return to their motherland Greece (Land of the Gods). & goddesses like Aphrodite & now Greek Barbiie.

  3. yup it is right

    nice lady

  4. Yes, as a matter of fact I have many acquaintances who are children of ex-pats and decided to move to Greece. Actually they have also found great jobs in foreign companies, where they used to work for abroad, and have offices based in Greece too, so they get really good money.

  5. Many Macedonians from Aegean Macedonia would like to come home (in north Greece), but your Government don't allow that

  6. Yeah, a Friend of mine, named Kalomoira was repatriated here in Greece from New York. But she didn't liked it here really so she went back several years later.

  7. some move back once they retired, others just found out that they inherited a house, and you have those 20 something year olds that want to give Greece a chance while they are still young with no responsibilities.
