Are mascara tubes recyclable?

I just finished using a tube of Great Lash by Maybelline and High Impact by Clinique. Are these recyclable? I don't see the recyclable symbol on either of them.

Are only certain brands' mascara tubes recyclable?

You can recycle them if they have the recycle symbol on the tube. Otherwise, no.
