  1. Historically speaking that is true, but if you are in America right now there seems to be an affinity for a lot of the femme bois. Look at one or two of the guys on q***r Eye for the Straight Guy; Christian- The winner of last years Project Runway; most of the other men on Project Runway, including Tim Gunn and Michael Cors. Plus a plethora of others from other shows, movies, television and cable series. America loves someone who can show them fashion and style, plus make them laugh.

  2. Yes

  3. Not "more likely to be accepted" -- they simply are.

  4. a lot of people keep saying yes in the sense that no one knows they are g*y...but im guessing you mean everyone knows that guy is g*y...

id hafta guess that yeah theyre probably more accepted...not entirely, but more than the feminine ones...

  5. The only thing that matter is that you accept yourself and society can go to you know where.

  6. Yes they are as they are less obvious to the public and practically invisible. Too bad society labels people so that is seems an embarrassment to be seen in public because of how you act or are perceived by others.

  7. yes, as the straight acting ones are seen as straight therefor they dont get fagbashed.

  8. yep

    (go me)

but thats only because we arent so OBVIOUSLY recognized.

its kinda funny because everyone thinks i like this girl.

  9. I think so. When a guy is acting all feminine and talking in a hight-pitched voice, he is not as likely to be taken seriously... Whether it's socially, or at his job, etc.

The more masculine ones fall into the existing stereotype better and straight people feel more comfortable with them.

  10. Maybe, but I doubt it.

No matter how butch a man is, a straight person is going to picture him with his head between another man's legs and scorn him.

  11. Sadly, yes.

  12. absolutely. whenever anyone fits into societies desired role for them life is much easier. as long as the masculine guy isn't talking about being g*y all the time, people would probably just assume they weren't g*y. this would make the situations around them run just as smoothly as a straight male. For a fem. g*y man society would automatically put them into the "g*y" box and treat them as such, and things would not go as smoothly.
