Yes, they are sports sedans that compete with Nissan Altima and BMW 3 series.

They are the best handling cars in their class. Very sporty and fun to drive.

Very reliable too. Mazda is Japanese and I have had Mazda's. They last as long as Toyota's and even some Honda's.

If you noticed, the new Ford Fusion, Mercury Milan, and Lincoln MKZ are getting great reviews and winning awards. That is because Ford owns 33.5% of Mazda and those cars share the same engine and chassis as the 2003-2008 Mazda 6.

I own a Mazda6 sedan. It has a 4 cylinder automatic transmission. Although, mine has a dark interior (not leather) and the exterior is a dark grey, so when I get into it in the afternoon, it's hotter than heck! The transmission already needs to be replaced. I've had it repaired once...I have no idea what was wrong with it. Something about a turbine seal? Anyways, it's still not working right. It slams into second gear, especially when it's cold outside.

Besides all that, the interior is nice. Lots of room, good stereo.

They are good cars, sportier than Toyotas and Hondas, but not as reliable...
