Are med expenses incurred reimbursable from our Flexible health account?

My wife forgot to used our Flexible spending account card.

She paid some med expenses with our regular credit card and some with personal checks. Are med expenses incurred reimbursable from our Flexible health account?

Yes, you just have to fill out the form. Copays, & otcs are covered.

Yes.  Keep your receipts as you'll need them.

Typically. You need to fill our your flex claim form, & submit to the carrier with receipts. Keep copies!

Yes.  You just have to fill out the reimbursement request form.

Call your HR office. Typically you can physically reimburse with the insurance company with a paper reimbursement form an a copy of the receipt.
