Are men and women get trained the same(Police force)?

yes training is the same just like the military,of course you have seperate locker rooms, but you will be trained the same way and treated just like a man

Except for the showers and the toilets, everything is the same, Same training for everyone.

Yes. Some recruit schools may have different standards between men and women on certain physical agilitiy tasks(Number of push ups, sit ups etc.) women and men are trained together and have to meet the same passing scrores.
