ok I'm gonna be all religious for a second. In the Bible it states that animals don't go to heaven or h**l because they don't have souls....correct me if I'm wrong its been a few years since I've read the good book. So if in theory they don't have souls then they couldn't be good or evil...they'd be neutral. although rage can be instilled in an animal but that's not evil it's just anger.
