They are not going out, Miley said in an interview on Novemer 6th with Ryan Seacrest that they wern't going out. I am not sure if they use to go out though, the magazine Twist says yes, but the mag popstart says no. So....idk....u can't believe the paparatzi...so...the only way to find the truth is to hear it from Miley or Nick only.
