  1. Most arent. However, I believe there are some genuine people that have an extra sense.

  2. It's a little more deeper then your blunt question. Read any mind at the exact moment they wish, sadly no that isn't possible. As for it being some what capable, yes to a certain extent.

I think you mean telepathy? So far the only evidence I've come across would be the ability of one to send a image or thought of there's to another whos in a relaxed state. Sorry to dissapoint that its not as amazing as people come to believe, besides that would be a huge invasion of privacy and I'd be quite disturbed.

Knowing whats going to happen next is something that seems more common in people today. I'm not even aware of the limits to it and it's very different from person to person. Some are given certain knowledge as to a horrible event thats going to occur because they can do something to help others from it, i.e a little girl who knew hurricane Katrina was going to hit. I haven't had anything of that level only the smallest things that could be pased off as intuition or just luck, i.e knowing that my cells about to ring/get a text or a unexplainable fear out of nowhere and usually not to long after something terrible does occur but never the extreme of a hurricane or earthquake.

  3. Two points to ponder:

    1) Those are two distinctly different gifts (telepathy and precognition).

    2) Nobody's reliably proved they can work yet.

There is, however, remote viewing. Remote viewing is a kind of real-time seeing of objects at a distance without being there. The people who know how to do it and are good at it can apparently describe things they've never seen with something approaching 90% accuracy. That is, if you trust the US Army (1985), CIA (1992), etc., to be honest about something like that. And the KGB (during the cold war), BKA (1986), and MI-V (1968), internationally.

  4. I don't know if they are real, but I think it is possible. I mean, if you think about it, we only use ten percent of our brain. Who's to say what we could do with the other 90?

  5. That's a matter of opinion. I'm not exactly solid in my opinion, but I lean towards the idea that they are fake. Science has yet to prove anything about mind readers, and I bet that the largesse of them are just clever con artists looking for some quick money. Its not that hard to "read someone's mind" it's just a matter of asking the right questions and making the right comments like " I see a man with dark hair" and gauging the person's reaction and resulting comment, then building off of it. Although, we will never be able to tell if there really are people that can delve into another person's mind - there's no way to prove it. I'm doubtful, but I also believe that nothing is impossible.
