  1. Last two I worked on in Hawai'i were longer and taller- Pride of Hawai'i, P. O. America- over 900 feet in length.

  2. Yes. And they don't tempt fate by claiming to be 'unsinkable' like the Titanic did.

  3. They are at least the same size. I'm waiting for one of them to sink,,,it's long over due.

These are not U.S. registered ships. They do not have a U.S. crew. Even though they make all thier money in the U.S.---well thats where they get thier passengers from.

  4. yes, much, much bigger in length and tonnage. alot, lot more.

  5. Some of them are, some of them Are'nt

  6. Yes:

The Titanic was 882 feet (269m) long, and weighed 46,000 gross tons.

By contrast, modern liners are larger, for example:

The Queen Mary 2, built in 2002, is 1132 feet (345m) long, and weighs 148,528 gross tons.

The Freedom of the Seas, built in 2004, is 1112 feet (339m) long, and weighs 154,407 gross tons.

Even the Queen Elizabeth 2, built in 1965, is 963 feet (294m) long, and weighs 70,327 gross tons, almost double the weight of the Titanic
