okay, so mom's who work part time and comes home at three, are they usually doing more household chores around the house then dads?? Let's say the dad comes home around 8:00. tell me about your parents. Are mom's usually the one doing more household chores than dads? I KNOW THAT DADS HELP MOMS TOO, but I'm just asking if moms do more of the household chores.

  1. My mom works 3 jobs..

My and my sister do EVERYTHING around the house, we even cook dinner! Me and her do laundry, clean, mow the lawn, do the dishes, cook the dinner, etc.. and I'm 14! She's 15!

My dad just comes home and sits his lazy **** on the couch all day watching sports. That's why he's so fat...

  2. just  tell them

  3. My mom does most of it, but my dad helps too! I also help with some of the chores. We share the burden :)

  4. Yep... Mum's do, do more than dad's do...

Dads tend to use the" my job is more stressful and pays more than yours" Bla bla bla..

Whereas mum works part-time @ her job and works full time in the home...

So sorry dads we mums do, do more chores than you even if you do get paid more... LMAO

  5. Well, I do all the chores in my house, and I'm the kid.

But in our house it used to be that my Dad did all of the chores and my mom not so much. Just the way things were.

  6. Well im the son and i try to help out as much as i can but between homework and stuff i just cant much... but this summer the weather was really bad so i took some things i could have done outside (like planting flowers and them inside and waited for a bit of non-raining wheather.) but ye i try to help and share it.. After all barely any of my family says thanks except me(well after i do they follow)

  7. well im the mom and do all the chores.. my husband doesnt do any, and i can never get my 10 yr old to help me .. so im stuck doing them or looking at the mess they leave...

  8. If the mom works outside of the home as many hours as the Dad, they should share equally in the house hold chores.

Even if she works part time, she still has to go do the shopping and by the time she does that and gets home and puts away all the groceries, that is a full days work.  Therefore they should share equally in the house hold chores.

My husband did all the outside work, mowing, trimming, etc and he did all the vacuuming.  I did the rest of the house cleaning.  We both shared in the cooking and the cleaning up.

We had a good system that worked for both of us.
