I doubt it my guy has high cholesterol and they never bother him at all.

I am unaware of any study that has shown a preferential attraction of mosquitoes towards those who have high cholesterol.

It would be kind of useful if they did, though. "Geez, Bob, those mosquitoes are really going after you today, you better go get a blood cholesterol test."
