Are most Russian girls tall?

Absolutely not. Are you judging the entire female population of the country based on how the models from that country look?

An average height of an American woman today is 5'5". I am 5'6", and I am Russian. My sister-in-law, a Russian model in the past, is 5'11", but this height is rare, and it's not a norm. Let along 6'2" for a Russian woman!

Not really. They are generally taller than women in Southern Europe, but I wouldn't say they're especially tall.

I am sure that there are probably some females that are 6ft 2in, but this is pretty tall for a guy let alone a girl!

Here in the Netherlands the average height is among the highest worldwide and it's certainly not common for 6ft 2in and higher females http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_heigh... shows the average female height in the Netherlands is 5ft 6.4in.

So I can confidently say, (also from personal experience), that no, most Russian women are not this tall (or even close to being so)
