According to the discerning gentlemen who gauge this type of activity, Manchester is one of the country's hotstpots for massage parlours. They are everywhere if you know what to look for. Quite a few are in the city centre, especially Chinatown and the Northern Quarter. I'm sure a quick search on google will map out a few for you.

The only one I know of is opposite my old workplace. It is called Tropical Palm and is on Portland Street, but I expect that after the recent news stories about it offering additional services, it may no longer be operating.

when i was out in blackpool, there's a strip club with a massage parlour a few doors down
