Are most psychologists manipulative control freaks who despise their clients?

i want to be a psychologist and yes i would love the money so much, but im also very interested in psychology and hearing what people have to say and giving them advise,i want to help people aswell as fill my little piggy bank. is that so wrong?

I think that they just don't care one way or the other about there clients.  They don't necessarily despise them.  At least the clients keeps their piggy bank full.

no...but some are c**p....if that ones not working, then try another, if ur paying them, you have a right to move if its not working for you. By no means are they all good, but some definitely are.
