Question:

Are most roman tub faucets 1/2" or 3/4" flow?

Just went to the Depot and they said we would probably need to order a 3/4" flow fixture for our roman tub. Seems like all fixtures are 1/2" though. Need more info on this!! (can't check as there is no access until our remodel)

  1. They are either. Kohler makes most of there valve trim to work with either 1/2" or 3/4". Most Delta Valves are 1/2". Most builder grade homes are 1/2" or 3/4" reduced to 1/2" at the pipe.

    Most Roman tub faucets are 3/4" in diameter to have the high in flow rates.
