  1. Banned since 1968.


  2. They are banned, for safety reasons as well as for cutting costs.  I have seen some cars recently with front wings that appear to flex more than usual, i don't know if they gain anything from this but some people seem to think so.

  3. No they are already banned in early years itself.Only a single time a team used a back fan in their race but they were disqualified and from then moving aerodynamics were banned in F1
