Are movie scripts easy to learn?

I've been in LA for a month trying to break into movies. Last night, I met a guy at a diner who told me he wanted me for a film he's making. I asked him for a script, and he said it didn't matter, I should just show up at the motel at noon, and we'd start shooting. How much time do you think he'll give me to learn my lines?

will be easy to learn.

from what you wrote the guy is probably sleazy..think about it a motel room who shoots movies at a motel and then he said you dont need a script that doesnt make sense. i dont know if thats the kind of movie you want to be in but if you want to break into the industry as a professional actor i wouldnt do it. id find somewhere else to work maybe as an extra on a set or find an agent..many people will take advantage of people who dont know anything about the business dont let them push you over..do your research and be patient because just like one good movie can make you, one bad movie can break you.

It's probably an improv show, like "Whose Line."  So just go, and be prepared to be creative with whatever they throw at you.

Are you good at talking dirty?  If so you can probably just ad lib most of it.
