  1. No. Corporations are already subject to the the same laws as everyone else - you can't kill cheat or steal, and neither can they. There is nothing evil or immoral about making profits.

Some people just don't like them because they are against capitalism in general, and corporations don't have a human face so they make easier targets. They are easier to demonize if you are trying to drum up hatred, in order to serve your political agenda.

  2. No, because

    - They are ethically questionable but they do not hide it too much. I mean: they are not in disguise.

    - They are not the devil: the devil should have a grandness in evil. Many multinational companies are simply a - moral, not evil: they trend to maximize profits and satisfy shareholders endless greed without any ethical barrier, because this is their duty.

Companies are made to make money, exploit the labour, satisfy shareholders. The evil is in people who theorize that all this is right in the name of freedom and democracy and  supply to corporations the  theoretical tools to fight any political and social control.

The devil studied with Milton Friedman in Chicago, or with Henry Kissinger in h**l

  3. If you mean co.'s like Walmart and McDonald's, then, YES!
