Are mums poisonous to cats?

My cats like to eat my plants, so i have to be very careful about which ones i bring into my house. i saw some gorgeous mums for sale yesterday, and i would like to buy them.

are they poisonous? ive looked it up on google, but the answer isnt really clear.

Yes there are a lot of plants that are dangerous for your cat, including mums and poinsettia's.
