Are museums in Ho Chi Minh City closed on Mondays and public holidays?

I will be in Ho Chi Minh City this coming Monday (30th April), which also happens to be a public holiday (Liberation Day). Will museums like the War Remnants Museum, Reunification Palace, Museum of Ho Chi Minh City as well as the History Museum be closed on that day?

I would be 99% sure (though not positive) that they are closed. 30 April is a very important day. I think only Tet and Bac Ho's birthday are more celebrated. There will be some huge celebrations in Saigon though, so you'll have plenty to do.

All the museums and offices will be close that day since it's a really important holiday for the Vietnamese government.
