I have just used a CD lense cleaner in my CD player. But some of my CDs still have impaired sound on some tracks. Does this mean that these CDs are worn out/damaged?

  3. Unless a CD is scratchedd badly, it cannot be "worn out". The first thing you need to do is to see if these disks work on other CD players. If you're having problems with them on other players, then your disks are likely scratched. This can be easily fixed with a disk doctor. You can find them at any large electronics's retailer.

If your CD's work fine on other players, then the laser in your current CD player is most likely losing its strength and needs to be replaced.
