  1. i want 1!

  2. I would say they are Blue hooded rats as in rabbits there are 45 different shades of blue(similar with rats) so their blue is of the darker end of the scale.

Gorgeous baby rats you have there,i have kept rats before,i really miss them..

Seeing yours has made me want to get a pair!

So yes they are a dark blue.

    Hope this helps.x*x

  3. they look really dark grey to me. they are so adorable, i want them all

  4. Those rats are so adorable... My wife and I raise rats ourselves, we have 2 currently, Bwaka and Echin, they are brothers... Anyway, about yours, they are black hooded... Bwaka is exactly like that and when they get older their coats will get darker...

Have a great time with all those "babes"... be sure to separate male from female or they will mate, the animal kingdom doesn't care about incest

  5. firs of all that is just disgusting

all these rats , dont you get sick of them

i dont know any thin about rats

  6. They look more like black rats than blue rats - I've had quite a few black babies that look dark grey to start with, but their coats darken with age. Give them a couple more months, and if their coats darken then they'll be black but if they lighten or stay greyish then they're probably a dark blue. Very cute rats by the way!

  7. Stop backyard breeding your rats please. They are black hooded rats and be sure to separate the sexes by five weeks of age.
