Are my breast supposed to feel like this?

I took a shower earlier this afternoon and when the water stream hit my left breast nipple it hurt it seemed like it had become tender? but only on the one boob...is this a symptom of early pregnancy? am also nauseous when I smell food cooking?

funny you should say that lol because i no i am pregnant (4weeks 5days) and only my right boob hurts not my left especially around the nipple area so i don't no guess it was  for me
