Are my b*****s small? What can I do? Also, I'm tired of guys asking me do I have kids.?

I'm 21 but I only wear a 34 "full A cup" is that measurement bigger than just an a cup. I'm 5ft, 115llbs. Also my tummy is big=( 34A-29-35. It looks like a beach ball or something. What can I do about my b*****s & tummy? If only I could suck the fat from one & put it in the other.

Do massages work to increase breast size? What do I do? Where can I find info? Has anyone tried it? Also, why is my stomach so big? Ppl have made fun of me=(

  1. You are not overweight, so you are bloating for some reason. Bad combining of food, in addition to poor elimination. If you are not going #2 at least twice a day, you are not eliminating properly! Go on a vegetarian diet heavy on raw fruits and veggies. And learn to pick non-scum buckets. You need to get some self-esteem if you feel like you need to change for others.

    and you can increase your cup size by working the muscles out underneath them. just not too much!! you should go to your doc. about your tummy. wear shirts with a busy pattern. also you can buy those tummy tuckers that fit under your clothes and suck your tummy in.

  3. Obviously your figure is bothering you. Take charge and make adjustments. Whether you exercise, wear padded bras, or get surgery just learn to love yourself.

Please join Weight Watchers..it works and not a diet..a life style change.  You don't give up anything really but are aware of how much you are eating.  It's just so easy...At your age with  a bit of walking and maybe some exercise all of this will change...If you lose your tummy and have a flat one..your b*****s will look beautiful...Weight Watchers.com

Seems like you possibly don't have a very strong abdominal wall.  If you are naturally thin your muscle tone may be low.  Join a local gym and have a trainer work with you to increase your muscle tone.  If you build up your pecs (the muscle behind your b*****s), you can actually perk things up a bit as well.  

    Your posture may also be poor, also a result of low muscle tone and low muscle mass.  Again exercise will make all the difference.  Joining a gym is also a great place to meet guys, some who may like your body size just the way it is and may want to help you with your workout!

  6. see your doctor about your tummy problem.  Sounds like an eating too much and no exercise issue.   Get yourself on a good eating programme - not a diet but a behavior and eating change  of lifestyle.  and get some exercise.

    Padded bras are great.  I wear bras filled with water.  Give me up to a 36 B - I LOVE it!

  7. My advise.... Accept yourself as you are. Be confidant! Become comfy with your body. And that's what is s**y to others...regardless of your bra size. I am on the small side too, but when u embrace it and love yourself and don't make it sound like a handicap, it shows. U don't hv to mention it & feel sorry that u r small. It only brings all the more attention of others to it. U r what you are. If u r not comfy with padded bras, don't wear 'em. If u want to try it out, go ahead. It's upto your comfort. U can try new things and then determine how u feel..

    Regarding tummy, let people say what they want to. Let it go. Just work on it, get toned up. Do it for yourself. Combination of an aerobic activity, strength training and a healthy diet will do wonders over time. One key is to remain consistent and disciplined, and if u lag behind, to re-start again. But to not give up. Make it a way of life.

  8. you need to eat a lot more fruits and vegetables and a lot less of everything else.

    try it..  try eating fruit in the morning hours - a good bit of the day and then later on you can eat veggies, raw nuts, and a few other things if you want.   if the only change you made is to eat a lot more fruit and a lot less of other stuff you'll probably slim down some.
