I'm separed from my japanese husband.We have 3 daughters and they're now in phils.Are my daughters have the right to stay in Japan?

  1. In many cases, yes.  But it depends on the following 2 factors.

    1, Do your children have Japanese citizenship?

    2, Did your ex declare as father of your children?

    If you can answer "yes" to these 2 questions, it's very likely that your children can stay in Japan.

    And you can stay in Japan, too if you are mother.
