Question:

Are my eating habits weird?

or generally unhealthy?

Im a perfectly normal weight, a little underweight actually.

What I ate today:

Bowl of shreddies

Bag of crisps

Tuna salad

Biscuits

Strawberries

Chocolate

Snackajacks

Some boiled cod

Granola

I just seem to constantly pick at food...is this really bad for me?

  1. Eating several (5-8) small meals a day is actually really healthy. It is very good for your body and it keeps your metabolism up. So cheers to you, you're doing it right.

    But, I do think that you had too many snack foods on your list, which is very unhealthy. You had crisps, chocolate, biscuits, snackajacks all on there. That is WAY too much. You should cut that down to only ONE unhealthy snack food a day. That would be much better.

    Also, I noticed that there weren't any vegetables on your list either. You had some good lean protein on there, which is good, and one fruit, which is also good, but where are the vegetables?

    You need to eat a lot of veggies and you are eating none. Your body requires the soluble and insoluble fiber and the vitamins and other nutrients found in veggies. You can't get that stuff in a vitamin supplement or any other pill.

    So-cut down the junk and up the veggies and you will have a healthy heart and body (and teeth).

  4. You seem healthy there are people with way worse choices of food... i myself  almost literally live off of 100 calorie packed snacks, frozen dinners, light lemonade and  water
