These were my freshman year grade!

I was told that Med school won't care to look at your 9th grade GPA but does it really factor into Med School

  1. You need a 4-year college degree to apply to medical school.  They do not ask for or care about your high school grades.

  2. Not only don't medical schools care about 9th grade -- they don't care about ANY of your high school grades.  They care about your college grades.  You need to get a BS before you fo to medical school.

  3. Yes like what everyone else said.

Continue to do what you are doing, get into a good school that has a well developed field of medical. Then ask this question again.

  4. Medical schools care more about your undergraduate grades in your 4 year college/ university, and also your extra activities and stuff.

  5. It's obvious that you study hard, but a lot of what medical schools look at is how you scored on your MCAT and how well you did in your pre-medical.

  6. Sorry no. College courses are what counts bro. Also your community service and MCAT scores. Nice job though. Bravo!
