ive heard of it happening to girls but i have these hard things under my nipples and if i press on it it hurts!

14 years old and almost 15. i just started puberty about 6 months ago (if that helps).

will it go away?!?!?!?!

I'm 17 now and i had the same thing when i was about ur age i asked my cousin (who is a doctor) about and she said that it was fine and it occurs in some boys when they go through puberty. And my nipple things what ever you call them have just started going down like a couple months ago(so around 2-3 yrs) so there is nothing to worry about.

I don't wanna get too nosy into your puberty business...but do you have b***s yet? Because when my b***s started growing at the very beginning, it felt like these hard little pebbles under your nipples. Does that kinda sound like what you have? They're super sensitive and even if you barely touch them it hurts?

If it's the same thing, then those "pebbles" will get bigger and bigger as your b***s grow. They actually are your breast tissue that eventually becomes the size of your whole boob once it's done growing.
