Question:

Are my parents being unfair?

My older sister was picking on me, rubbing her gross feet on my pillows, knocking my stuff down, and then she was filming me and lied about it. I was angry so I slammed her door. (She has fragile stuff that falls over if you close the door too quickly. But that's a dumb place to put stuff anyway, isn't it?) Now she's making a huge deal out of it and my parents have me grounded. She keeps bringing up to my parents how I have a few videos of her on youtube, but she approved them before I uploaded them and she laughs about them. She keeps crying and my parents are taking HER side! Help! Are they right? And how can I get out of being grounded?!?

  1. thats normal for siblings trust me i no my brother ugh. anyway they are bein unfair so tape ur sister doing this to u and show them

  2. It sounds like a typical sibling dilema. Do you have friends you can hang out with? Hobbies you enjoy? My advice is to stay AWAY from your sister - don't provoke her to do anything more. Why are you allowing her in your room to knock your things down ect.? If you are older than her, make it clear that you want your privacy - or go to a library and get away from the situation instead of hanging around your house where fights break out. Be the more mature sister. If you can't do that - engage in something productive with your sister and tell your parents you're tired of being grounded - that it's not teaching you or HER anything!
