Are my scores pretty good?

Ok so.

For my ACT I got a 33 (which is appx. a 2220 on the SAT)

And for the Sat II's that I took in June were

710 for Literature

540 for Math II

Are these scores any good for colleges such as UC Berkeley, etc?

Yes. Your scores are exceptional. These scores are the sort of scores you would need to get into UC Berkeley.

Take the Math one again... you need at least 700 for UC Berkley... preferable 750+

The ACT score is considered as very competitive but your SAT II scores aren't so high. Especially for Math. It might hinder your chances. But with that ACT score and a high GPA, I think you can get it.
