    Dave F, should also note (as I agree with the gingival height issue) that the upper left lateral is lingually seated and has allowed for the canine to be mesially inclined.  The overjet appears to be alright but may be a little too much.  Can't see much more with this one (fairly grainy) picture.

    See a dentist, see an orthodontist and as a team you could really see something amazing happen with your nicely shaped teeth and smile.


  6. Blurry, and if we were looking for crooked teeth we'd need a shot from the tips of your teeth, so we can see exactly how they're aligned. But they look pretty straight to me.

From the picture, they look pretty straight  to me.  What I do see is an asymmetry in the height of your gumline above your upper left lateral incisor (the tooth right next to your front left tooth).  If you compare where the gumline is at on this tooth as opposed to the right lateral incisor, you can see that it is off some.

    Potentially, a little gingivoplasty or gum surgery could correct this issue easily.  Find a dentist with a laser and ask him/her what they think.

    Update...yes I agree with visteche.  The upper left lateral is also sitting slightly towards the roof of the mouth and so you are not getting that nice U-shape to your arch.  Would be nice if that could be fixed also.  Could be done with braces or a veneer.  Good point visteche.  The fact that the upper left canine is a little more prominent could only be fixed with braces...but the pic is so fuzzy, I really can't see that so I will take visteche's word for it.
