I looked at your last question to see your chart.  It is triphasic HOWEVER that same thing happened to me a few days ago then the following day it dropped some and they removed the comment that it was triphasic.  I googled it A LOT and basically found out that it can mean pregnancy and it can also mean nothing.  I hope yours means pregnancy though :) I should be starting today.  :(  We'll see.

If you were able to determine the day you ovulated, count 18 days past, if you still haven't gotten your period, you are most likely pregnant.  Temps can help you get started with charting, but I've found charting the CM changes to be the easiest way to keep track of things.
