Are my washer/dryer hookups for gas or electric?

In the space for my washer/dryer, there is 2 spickets and 2 k***s, then a black pipe going into the wall about 1.2 or 2 inches wide and the big dryer vent. and a regular sized electric outlet. All of which are on the one side of the space, the other side is empty. Do I need to buy gas or electric washer and dryer?

all the washing machines are electric. The black pipe is probably for the gas for the dryer.
