Are native americans from asia?

i have been told that native americans are origonated in asia and i am partially N.american i sometimes get confused with being filipeno thai and japanese my eyes and siblings eyes are partially slanted also most native americans that ive seen including family members have the same characteristic.

The land bridge theory has been repeatedly disproved, but people still believe that theory is fact.  Science still does not know how the Americas were populated.  The theory now is that there were numerous migrations and routes.  It’s all theory.

There is also evidence that a meteor impact over Canada. caused mass extinctions. (animal & human) Mass extinction also occurred during colonization, (90/95% of the Native American population was wiped out)

Any ancient Native American connection  to ancient Asian populations are gone after tens of thousands of years.

Yes;  The Native Americans walked over a land bridge from Asia thousands of years ago, before the land mass separated.

Their ancestors a long time ago came from Asia through the Alaskan land bridge, probably following herd migrations. There was no native Human species on the American continent until then. They were the first settlers. They kept features common to all the Asian people, like more or less slanted eyes but developed as well their own physical characteristics. If you look at someone from the Andes or from one of the US tribes you will see differences.
