All have varying degrees of comprehension, and, dare I say it, acceptance. Acting the way they do is begun in a self-depreciating/ironic manner, and it's their lack of understanding of these concepts and complacency that leads to them evolving to become fully formed neds/chavs.

There are people on here who are clearly not very bright and yet complain to the high heavens that the government is not running the country the way they want.  Never acknowledging their lack of intellect may be making their judgement more than a little suspect.

It's the same with chavs- they're not low-lives, they just judge the rest of us to be stuck up snobs!
