If they are illegal, are there any type of neon lights legal in Florida? Also, are P.A systems legal in Florida?

  1. Ask the police they would know for sure.


  2. If your holding still yes, its only illegal if your operating them while moving.

  3. They are illegal to have on while driving but they are legal to have on while parked and as for the "PA", I could not find anything but I will tell you this "WILL" get you in trouble for sure......
