Are new immigration requirements for A US permanent resident card holder born in Colombia?

A person who was born in Colombia and live in the US wants to travel to another country for vacation. Do we have any new requirements for permanent residents when they travel out and in the US? Or just the green card and a valid passport from Colombia?

  1. Effective January 23, 2007,

    Yes, you are required to present a valid passport, and your Alien Registration Card (Green card), to enter or re-enter the United States.
