According to what I've heard, I'll say yes.

Nick Jonas has stated in an interview, "I was on a date with a girl who said she doesn't kiss on the first date, and i said 'I don't follow the rules'."

In a separate interview, Selena Gomez said "I was on a date with a boy, and I told him that I don't kiss on the first date, so he said 'Well I don't follow the rules'."

Of course, that's ^ not word-for-word, but you get my point.

So, I think yes.  If they are, good for them.  If they're not, good for them.
