are north steyne board riders a good start for me? im a grommet surfer aged 10 and want to start doing comps. or what else would be a good start?

If you are ten years old, and you answer questions on line, don't you suppose other ten year olds must also answer questions? That means you are going to take advice from a ten year old! Go to a surf shop, where experienced surfers can discuss good sticks and what works in Queensland, that might not work worth a darn in New Jersey! Get your advise from people in the surf industry, not other kids on line. If you are a really committed ten year old surfer, who really wants to excel in the art, LOTS of people will be willing to help you.
